A Letter from Me to You

I’m Nelma Karina — a creative entrepreneur, yoga facilitator, brand strategist, and content creator. But before any of those titles, I am a woman who lives with depth, intention, and devotion to the things that matter most: my peace, my purpose, and my people.

I’m married to my best friend and the love of my life, and together we’re raising two beautiful souls — a boy and a girl who remind me every day what legacy really means.

My journey has been layered. From professional kitchens to yoga studios, from spiritual awakening to digital entrepreneurship. I’ve spent the past decade learning how to blend the sacred with the strategic — and now I help others do the same.

Everything I offer comes from lived experience: wellness, business, motherhood, storytelling, healing. My work lives at the intersection of all these truths.
